Safety Design Engineering

• Review of ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents at proposal stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers.
• Establish Contract Review criteria and resolve discrepancies in consultation with Project Engineering Manager and issue Close-out report.
• Organize preparation of TDR, prepare engineering schedules and identify requirements and Scope of Work.
• Manpower schedules and Manpower Planning.
• Facilitate project safety reviews i.e. HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP,HFE review SIL, Bow tie analysis, Dropped object study,PHSER,HSE Impact Assessment(HSEIA) etc.
• Prepare HSE Designs Philosophies, Fire and Gas Philosophy, Cause and Effect Diagram, HAZOP & HAZID reports,HFE review report, shutdown and blow down philosophies, Consequence Analysis Reports, Fire and Explosion Reports, Quantitative Risk assessment Reports(QRA), Emergency Evacuation Risk analysis(EERA),Emergency System Survivability Analysis(ESSA), Flare radiation and Dispersion analysis, noise studies and other risk assessment reports and specification of Fire and Safety Equipment.
• Develop and/or updating corporate safety and fire prevention engineering standards, codes, and procedures,Job Safety Analysis(JSA)for application in the company.
• Prepare of Area Classification design documents, Fire and Gas design documents, Fire Prevention design documents and Fireproofing design documents.
• Prepare layouts of fire and safety equipment and escape route layout.
• Prepare Inquiry Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations and ensure procurement according to project specifications and within budgeted cost.
• Design of gaseous fir fighting systems.
• Design and sizing of water spray, Fire water Hydrant and sprinkler & foam system.
• Review and development of F&G and ESD cause and effects and logic.
• Value Engineering review.
• Project Construction safety Management
• Functional Safety Engineering-facilitate Safety Integrity Level (SIL)Study
• Conduct Fire & Safety Audit
• Fire Load Calculation
• Industrial Accident Investigation
• Technical consultation & support for Fire NOC for residential and Industrial occupancies
